Who the fuck do you think you are stealing my template? This template is protected withinn a Safe Creative licence, and the least you can do is learn how to design before making such an ugly shit

@Cláudio Cruz Okay couple things.

First, you're coming in way too hot, be civil or you'll never solve anything.

Second , I know where you're coming from with the template thing, but I don't think you have a case here. Literally [i]everybody[/i] are your Facebook group that you've come from uses this template. I don't know if you passed it around a bit for members only but it can't really be assumed that he went on your computer and stole it or anything, this doesn't even look like it was traced, it looks like an original layered file. Regardless, you've distributed something and it ended up in his hands. Your problem.

Third, you seem to be somewhat of a moderator on that forum, and you yourself have never done or said anything about all the people who've virtually stole my work I posted there, which was just a few pictures. Almost everybody who made a "mannequin template" after that on your site completely traced my work and nothing was done after I politely asked for some sort of resolution.

DF isn't perfect but you really need to check yourself if you're going I do this, pretty weak to come in hot like that, especially if you're going to insult his design abilities directly.

This template was passed to me in order to participate in a competition at taringa.net The first link is the template download link that I was given, and the 2nd was is the link of the competition, where you can also see that i'm not the only one who has it.

Hey I had your back when you were just using his stuff for personal use, but now you're trying to sell it on the DF store, and that's a bit lame considering you're profiting off his work, now.

@Cláudio Cruz This is utterly preposterous. This "mannequin-style" is famous since years. The first who made it this way was Angelo Trofa, I remember he posting his creations with this template since 2012-2013.

This is not new and everybody who have more than 3 years in Sports Apparel Design knows it.

Claudio's template was clearly ripped, Milimetrically traced and no credit given. This is STEALING, and anyone who created or uses it should be banned.

But moderators in DesignFootball are lazy dumb clowns. I never post any concept here, because if I post is a matter of time until being ripped, traced or stolen.

@johnrafael I never claimed to have started the mannequin thing, I know I didn't. But I know for a fact that my work was traced directly, that's my problem with it. That's the problem with the group philosophy there. You think there's a difference between doing a shoddy trace of something and completely copying it. There's not really, you're still just leeching off somebody's time and work, forget the trends. I didn't rip trofa's template, why should it be okay to rip mine? Because it's trendy? No.

And as for this guy who posted with Claudio's, this guy didn't trace shit. He clearly has the file. Is it really that hard to understand that a publicly distributed file would find its way around the Internet? What do either of you expect? People to not send it around? It's an absolute joke to expect otherwise
