Good idea, I had something like this in mind, just to piss Blatter off really, maybe make the sleeves from some very transparent material so it looks sleeveless but still has the essence on a shirt which FIFA states is necessary.

I actually thought Cameroon's sleeveless shirt look the business, even adding the black sleeves it was still awesome.
