Again, I dont think this is an option for PSG, especially as the shade of blue is too light and far too close to the shade Marseille use.
I do think an awayless concept works, but not in the way youve put it across, as there are several clubs on the Nike Roster who have changed colours and styles over the years, and who could have two kits that work just as well home and away. Lille for example, have the "War Machine" kit of a white shirt with a red chevron or yoke, which was the designated home design for most of their history, and the red shirt which they have worn since the late 90s. Werder too, could have a white kit and a green kit, and it would work just as well.
