In my opinion you should change the colors of the bisom head to some more similar for the team. On that black silhouette try to make that masty green in the light one the team use and the orange from the horn in yellow. Or make all the elements white on a black silhouette. That weird combination of moss green, orange and red might be a disadvantage in the voting for this crest, that is a nice and simple one.
