and memorable, good job on that ! What I do not like are : 1. gps shape of the crest, 2. " F A 1 " are unnecessary, and do not 

add anything to design, 3. " Ireland / shamrock " at the bottom ..., no need for that - we got it already - it is Irish without all these.

Also, the partial green circles with white negative spaces created stylized ghosts  - watch out for that.

Please, keep the ball with windmill shamrocks , and work on that , you might try to add  " F A 1 " on each shamrock and see how it will work .
