Very interesting monogram in the center part - I do like that! Why there are two shades of blue ? Watch the ligature, as some spacing and letters are not positioned right. Also, one of the two dots above the " M " almost touching an upper circle. Would you consider leave a large portion of the white space around monogram and then make the roundel out of the diamonds?
