Really nice,but since it's supposed to be on a red background,wouldn't the flag get "lost"? I think it would be better (not that you can do anything now!) if you extended the black outline to the flag part,for clarity purposes. Just a suggestion anyway!

no, it would not get lost... a logo is a logo and when you have to make a shirt badge out of the logo is something else and you have multiple options to makeit look good..as for example:
