Surely there should be an extra penalty for non submission?
Not suggesting Zeruch or myself earn any more or less but dhahirgode is on the same points and 'goal difference' as arius who didn't submit a kit, does not seem fair to me!

@BP Actually it should follow a similar rule to that of DF league, where the total votes summed and counted in favor of the designer who submitted his design. So if we have had, let's say, a 3-2 or 3-1 in your match against dhahirgode, then Zeruch would've won by 5-0 or 4-0. The problem in this present case is that the other result ended 3-0, so there were 3 total votes. Anyways, if any designer fail to upload his design in 2 consecutive rounds without a good reason to do so, he'll be excluded from the competition.
