I PROPOSE THAT JUST CAN VOTE ONLY THE 32 THAT PARTY IN THE COMPETITION, AND THAT WHEN THEY VOTE DO IT IN ALL THE PARTIES OF THE ROUND.

THE IDEA IS TO AVOID 'BOTS'. AND TO VOTE WITH THE CRITERION OF THOSE WHO WENT BY THE CUP. IN ADDITION THAT THE AMOUNT OF VOTES IS MORE DISTRIBUTED.

Not precisely. What I wanted to say is that all 30 voters have the option of wanting or not voting, but if they do, they must do it in all parties, not in one (sometimes their favorite) as it happened several times.

@_djc My proposal is that all those who participated in the cup can vote, ie the 32 would be voters.
