It's all good, but one problem remains--- The Japanese Imperial Military flag with the starbust stripes are heavily associated as the "War Criminal Flag" in many Asian countries. (Just like the Nazi Swastika in Europe) So it would be met with heavy backfire from other Asian countries. It would be like Germany including a Swastika in the logo to channel back from "glory days."
