- The small "quasi-capital" city of Argentina, La Plata, is home to two top-flight football clubs: Estudiantes and Gimnasia y Esgrima. Both are considered among the best football clubs in Buenos Aires Province. The former is the most successful in competitions (winning 6 international trophies), and the latter is the oldest football club in Argentina (founded in 1887). Both teams have a fierce rivalry. I liked the older logo of Estudiantes so much better. The new logo looks a lot like that of Racing, but that's how they did it.
