Really? Then your design is not inspired by the flag of Paris and is a copy of the PSG shirt because it has the Nike logo, the Fly Emirates logo, etc...

It is irony, isn't it? I hope.

Both shirts are similar though to say this was copied is a bold statement.
PSG use emirates and Nike as sponsors so you would put them on automatically, the flag is half and half so the logical thing to do is make the shirt half and half.
Neither shirt use the same colours or template.
In my opinion this is the better of the two.

The thing with 'flag based' competitions is that you're going to get different interpretations of the chosen flag which is exactly what we have here. This is just done better than the first entry.

There's probably as many (if not more) differences as there are similarities. Collars, cuffs, sleeve colour, shades of blue, colour of nike tick, fleur de lis, nike laser holes, the t bar thing all different.
