Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal are some of the worlds most well known teams, but approximately 150 years ago, their names were very different. Manchester United were called Newton Heath, Manchester City were called Ardwick and Arsenal were called Dial Square.   This competition is to bring those teams, and more, back to life. You can re-design a crest and/or kit for ANY team using their old name and colours (E.g. Newton Heath with their green and yellow kits).   http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/English_Football_League/index.html is a useful link to use if you are struggling. Simply scroll down and click on a team, e.g. Tottenham Hotspur, and it will display their full kit history from when they were formed. Wikipedia may also be useful.   The winning categories will be best crest, best home kit and best away kit.    Only 1 rule: BE CREATIVE!   The competition will close on the 24th December, with the winners announced on the 26th December (Got to have Christmas off!)   Good luck! :)
