Nice kit, it's only got the shouder and collar template, of course they can use it, theres no copyright!

it is a nice kit, the design is PUMA's identity for this year though so it wouldn't be right for Errea or Boro to use it. Perhaps it can be amended slightly as it is a nice kit.

Maybe a round collar instead??

Exact designs can be copyrighted but it is had to copyright a line or two in a certain place, if something like this was produced say they'-) have a good right to sue on grounds of breaking a copyright, but something that looks similar but not the same they couldn't do much.

Just look at the amount of companies that made kits based around Nike's T90, but changed it enough to get around the copyrights, Blackburn and Portsmouth with Lonsdale (I think) were big offenders of that.
