Description: Ayr United, to me, lacks a solid identity. Year after year the kit has morphed and evolved. This has pros and cons. You get to have a lot of fun- but there's also no feeling of anything being tied together. Fans could look unrelated, and you will struggle to foster a sense of nostalgia. I tried to pull ideas out of the crest, simple as it is, and then just lost myself in illustrator for an hour or so.

In their history, despite the badge, Ayr United have only favoured blue over black for four kits. The honest men of Ayr may be divided by the colour option. But the bold option works.I like the pattern you have produced. The upper chest/shoulder pattern is the standout part of the pattern for my taste.
